In the Fall of 2003, I opened up my own law office in Naples. In the 16 years of private practice, I have had the privilege of protecting the Constitutional rights of people accused of criminal charges from minor violations all the way up to capital crimes.

In addition to my criminal cases, I have a successful Family Law practice as well. Over 15 years ago, I initially began handling Domestic Violence Injunction matters. Shortly thereafter, I was taking on Family cases, including Paternity or Divorce matters, handling tough issues like child custody, child support and alimony.

Along with my Family Practice, in the past decade I have taken on Dependency cases. These matters arise when the Department of Children and Families feels it is necessary to shelter children from their parents. I am only one of a handful of attorneys that specialize in these cases in Southwest Florida representing the parents.
