From the formation of their firm in 2006, Scott McDaniel and Stacy Acord continued to build their reputations and team around the principles of exemplary client service and maximizing outcomes. As a former practicing Professional Engineer, Scott McDaniel focuses his trial practice on defending Design Professional malpractice, environmental, toxic tort and construction defect claims, as well as general commercial litigation. In addition to her representing individuals and businesses in general litigation trial practice, Stacy Acord focuses on adoptions, guardianships and other family law matters. With the addition of Gregg Lytle in 2017, the Firm added expertise in the defense of medical, dental and nursing home claims and employment law.
