ABOUT Cal A. Leventhal

Mr. Leventhal is a graduate of the University of Miami (magna Cum Laude) and attended Loyola and Notre Dame Law schools graduating in 1976.

Cal served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard Conaboy in the middle District of the Federal Court. He is admitted to the Bars of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and both state and federal trial and appellate courts situated in Pennsylvania. Cal has been counsel on numerous landmark cases in the Area of Workman’s compensation in the last forty years. He also was the first to obtain over a million dollars in an injury case in Susquehanna County. Cal is a former member of the Supreme Court’s Disciplinary Board and served also as a mental Health hearing examiner. He has lectured at the request of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers and numerous Business groups on workers’ compensation issues.

Cal A. Leventhal has represented past and present Workman’s compensation judge’s concerning those Judges own personal Compensation cases.

Since 2005, Mr. Leventhal has consecutively earned the designation as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer. Super lawyers are selected after a multi-phased selection process that includes peer nominations and professional achievements. Fewer than 5% of lawyers in the state are selected. Mr. Leventhal is one of five Super Lawyers in his firm and is the only Lawyer in Wayne County so recognized.
