For more than twenty years, Cathleen Bolek has been advocating for individuals in employment cases.

A respected member of the legal community, Cathleen has been recognized as one of the top 25 Women Lawyers in Cleveland, and one of the top 50 Women Lawyers in Ohio, by Ohio Superlawyers Magazine. That publication has consistently named her to its list. In addition, Cathleen has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America every year since 2012 and has been given Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating, “AV Preeminent,”® every year since 2005. Cathleen is a frequent speaker on employment law and legal ethics, and is active in the legal community. She is Vice President/President-Elect of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys and a former member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Board of Trustees Executive Committee. She serves on the Ohio State Bar Association’s Legal Ethics and Professional Conduct Committee.
