Frederick 'Rick' Harris

Prior to joining this firm in 2005, Rick was a partner with the firm of Lamson, Dugan and Murray, L.L.P. in Omaha, Nebraska. Rick's experience and practice has been primarily in civil litigation including extensive experience with health care professionals and institutions. Rick has tried jury cases in many Iowa courts including Polk, Carroll, Poweshiek, Cerro Gordo, Marion, Shelby, Mahaska, Decatur, Wapello, Monona, Woodbury, Allamakee and Pottawattamie counties and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa. Rick has also tried cases to several Nebraska juries including trials in the Nebraska District Courts in Douglas, Lancaster and Pierce counties and in the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.
