ABOUT Gerald V. Davino II

Mr. Davino passed the July 1994 California Bar Exam and was admitted to practice in California State Court and the Federal District Court, Southern District of California (San Diego). Upon relocation back to his home state of Connecticut in September 1995, he was admitted to the Federal District Court, District of Connecticut, in the fall 1995 and passed the February 1996 Connecticut Bar Exam and was admitted to practice in Connecticut State Courts thereafter.

Since graduating law school Mr. Davino has been practicing in a variety of civil litigation areas as well as in workers’ compensation matters. He has extensive trial experience as well as experience in arbitration and mediation matters. Mr. Davino joined Testan Law on August 1, 2005.

Mr. Davino is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association and Workers’ Compensation Section. He also belongs to the Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and the Connecticut Farmington Valley Chapter. Recently, Mr. Davino became a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) and is the Connecticut State Membership Committee Chairperson. He is also an inactive member of the California Bar Association.

Most recently, Mr. Davino received the prestigious designation of Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) from the CLM’s Litigation Management Institute. He became a participant in the firm’s Sports Law Practice Group and is an active member of the Sports Lawyers Association.
