James A. Godin

James A. Godin is a 1989 Graduate of the University of Scranton, receiving a B.S. in Accounting. Thereafter, he attended the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where he received his law degree in 1992. Mr. Godin was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1992.

Since entering practice in 1992, Mr. Godin has tried numerous premises and auto negligence cases to verdict in the five county area. Mr. Godin has extensive experience in underinsured and uninsured litigation, as well as in the filing of Declaratory Judgment actions. Mr. Godin joined Palmer & Barr in 2007 and became a partner in January 2010.

Mr. Godin is a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
