Jamie Anthony Casino is the owner and managing attorney of Jamie Casino Injury Attorneys. Born in Bristol, Pennsylvania, a solid blue-collar suburb of Philadelphia, he developed a disciplined work ethic. Despite his blue-collar roots, he is the first lawyer in his family and the only one of his many childhood friends to attend college. Attorney Casino earned his bachelor’s degree from Temple University. There, he graduated with the highest honor, Summa Cum Laude. Thereafter, he took an interest in law and earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Barry University, a Catholic university based in Miami, Florida. He is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
Never forgetting his roots, Attorney Casino took a blue-collar, hard-working ethic to his law practice and quickly became known as an aggressive lawyer willing to fight vehemently for those who could not fight for themselves. His symbol is his “sledgehammer of justice” and his style of lawyering is “Tough Justice.” As a lawyer, he witnessed his true calling when he realized how good, hard-working Americans were rendered helpless when dealing with large corporate entities, such as insurance companies. His representation has reached the news several times. He has represented thousands of individuals and is considered by his peers a highly skilled and hard-working attorney.
Attorney Casino’s practice originally focused primarily on criminal defense, where his reputation as a zealous advocate for his clients quickly gained him notoriety. However, after his younger brother Michael and his friend Emily Pickels were brutally murdered due to a case of mistaken identity, Mr. Casino abandoned criminal defense and now practices in the area of personal injury where he only assists victims. From this transition to personal injury and life path change, he has made an even bigger name for himself in the legal community as a respected personal injury lawyer.
Attorney Casino lives by the bible verse PRV31:8. “Speak for those who cannot speak for themselves; ensure justice for those being crushed.” This proverb was featured in his 2014 Super Bowl commercial that was heard around the world. It is also featured on the wall in his law firm’s main conference room. Due to Mr. Casino’s dedication to helping people who cannot help themselves, his practice evolved into one of the Southeast’s most well recognized law firms. In 2017, Mr. Casino and his legal team obtained a landmark, record-breaking jury verdict against a drunk driver who injured one of his clients.
Most importantly, Mr. Casino believes his biggest accomplishments are being a proud husband to his beloved wife and father to their seven beautiful children.
