Jesse L. Pleet has earned an exceptional reputation for vigorously representing individuals and corporations in complex litigation and personal injury matters over thirty-five years of practice in Berks and surrounding counties. His core principle is to be a relentless advocate for his clients, educating them about their rights under the justice system and adhering to the highest ethical standards. Because of his outstanding talent in balancing these demands, he has been appointed by the President of the Pennsylvania Bar Association each year since 2008 to the statewide Committee for Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility.
He has earned the prestigious distinction of Board Certification as a Civil Trial Specialist, the first lawyer in Berks County to be so honored by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the span of his career, he has served the Berks County Bar Association as President of the Young Lawyers Division, Secretary, Vice President, President-Elect in 2014, and President of the Bar in 2015. Mr. Pleet was also President of the Law Foundation of Berks County 2005 and 2007.
A devoted family man with three daughters, his commitment to Berks County has extended beyond his legal practice to include stewardship in many cultural and educational organizations in the community.
Mr. Pleet has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Plaintiff Personal Injury Super Lawyer since 2007.
