Kiana Rabbani

Kiana Rabbani earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach in 2007. In 2012, she earned her Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School, where she was a board member of the Trinity Law Review. While at Trinity, Ms. Rabbani was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award of academic excellence in Criminal Law, Evidence, Torts, Legal Research and Writing, and Wills, Trusts and Estates.

Prior to joining Testan Law, Ms. Rabbani was employed by a prominent workers’ compensation defense firm and handled all aspects of worker’s compensation litigation on behalf of carriers, self-insured employers and third-party administrators. Kiana also worked as an applicant’s attorney for an aggressive workers’ compensation firm where she represented injured workers and appeared before Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards throughout California.

Ms. Rabbani is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California.
