Marilee B. Hazen

Marilee Bridges Hazen received her JD from Southwestern University School of Law in 1984 through an accelerated program. During law school, she interned for Thrifty Corporation and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. Initially, she worked in Southern California defending clients in civil matters such as wrongful termination, discrimination, personal injury and property damage which included jury trials.

In 1986, Marilee began her long career representing employers, carriers and TPAs in Workers’ Compensation matters, including Serious & Willful and 132a Petitions. She has worked for a prominent defense firm for approximately 30 years, where she was a managing partner. Ms. Bridges Hazen has been trained in MSA submissions and, in turn, has submitted MSAs to CMS for approval. She is also a member of NAMSAP.

Ms. Bridges Hazen joined Testan Law as a partner in the Sacramento office in 2014. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and attending sporting events.
