Mary Chmura Conn, Esquire, is an experienced personal injury attorney who has been with Tershel & Associates for 20 years. She focuses her practice in the areas of automobile accidents, defective products, medical malpractice and workplace injuries.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Cum Laude, Ms. Conn received her law degree in 1992 from the Capital University School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of The Curia, national legal honor society. She is admitted to practice in all Common Pleas and Appellate Courts in the State of Pennsylvania and practices before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Ms. Conn is a member of the Washington County Bar Association and the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Golden Key National Honor Society and is listed in the Who's Who National Registry, Millennium Edition.
In 1991, she served as a legal intern to the Honorable Andrew Douglas, Justice of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Ms. Conn serves as a Washington County Civil Arbitrator, has served on the Civil Rules Committee and Winter Bench Bar Committee for the Washington County Bar Association and is a volunteer fundraiser for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Born in Biloxi, Miss., a long term resident of Bentleyville, Pa., she now lives in Upper St. Clair, Pa.
