Michael T. Feola is a trial attorney who practices in both personal injury litigation as well as workers’ compensation. He was admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York in 2004.
Mr. Feola is a successful litigator who has spent his entire career being dedicated to providing client service that offers the most efficient, cost effective outcome for the client. Having spent the first 14 years of his career as a plaintiff’s attorney for prominent personal injury and workers’ compensation firms, he is able to employ the latest techniques in case analysis, strategic planning and negotiations. His past experience provides him with an advantage to effectively anticipate and evaluate legal issues to protect clients and resolve cases through litigation or alternative dispute resolution.
Attorney, Feola received his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, CT, and his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University, where he majored in criminology and minored in psychology. Mr. Feola is a member of a number of organizations, including the Connecticut Bar Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the Tolland County Bar Association. He also served as an adjunct professor for Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he coached their mock trial team.
In 2017, Mr. Feola was awarded the unique distinction of “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine, where only 2.5% of attorneys in Connecticut under 40 are awarded that distinction.
