Mr. Dustin Hamilton

Dustin W. Hamilton is an attorney in the Litigation Department at the Dozier Law Firm where he primarily practices personal injury litigation. His litigation practice includes cases involving, motor vehicle wrecks, tractor-trailer wrecks, and premises liability incidents.

Dustin is a graduate of the University of Georgia where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Prior to law school, Dustin worked as a legislative aide for the Georgia House of Representatives. Dustin went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. Dustin has practiced with our law firm for three years now and has helped recover millions of dollars for our clients.

Dustin resides in Savannah, Georgia with his wife, Reanna, and two sons, Will and Pierce.
