Bio:
Len, who is chairman of the firm's litigation and personal injury department, concentrates his practice in automobile insurance, medical malpractice, products liability, wrongful death, and other complex civil and personal injury litigation. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Villanova University. He is a past president of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and has served on numerous committees for PaTLA. He is also past president of the Delaware County Bar Association. Len is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where he serves as a member of the House of Delegates. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Delaware and Chester County Bar Associations, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and is a past member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is co-author of leading treatises on automobile insurance law, i.e., Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Insurance — An Analysis of the Financial Responsibility Law 1st and 2nd Ed. as well as the 2006 update, which are published by PaTLA. He has lectured for various organizations statewide including, PaTLA, the State Trial Judges Convention, the Delaware County Bar Association, the Chester County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. He also teaches courses on Auto Insurance Law for lawyers who are members of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
