Lindsay is an attorney in our litigation department, predominantly focused on serious injuries and wrongful death. Lindsay handles cases involving medical malpractice, negligent security, and products liability.
Lindsay’s primary focus is representing those injured or killed by medical malpractice alongside retired Medical Doctor-turned-Juris Doctor, George Phillips, who joined the firm in 2017. Dr. Phillips and Lindsay handle medical malpractice cases of the following types: birth injuries, surgical mistakes, misdiagnosis, failure to diagnose, inadequate staffing, patient injuries with medical equipment.
Aside from medical malpractice, Lindsay represents victims of sexual assault, shootings, and other violent crimes, and those injured or killed by defective products.
Lindsay was born and raised on Florida’s Gulf Coast in Fort Myers, Florida, where she earned a degree in English from Florida Gulf Coast University. She is a graduate of the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.
Lindsay is an avid basketball fan, having scored over 1,000 points in high school, and enjoys watching her beloved Duke Blue Devils and Los Angeles Lakers.
