Nancy Lynn Musser

is an associate with the firm and concentrates her practice in workers’ compensation defense matters. She has represented insurance carriers, county and municipal governments, self-insured employers and multiple school boards in the New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation since 1993. From 1988 through 1993 Nancy concentrated her practice in civil defense litigation, with motion practice and trial practice, including jury trials taken to verdict, in New Jersey and Pennsylvania state courts as well as the Federal District Court She has appeared in workers’ compensation court throughout the State of New Jersey. She has tried numerous workers’ compensation matters to conclusion and to decision upon issues of medical and temporary disability and allocation of responsibility by the State of New Jersey Second Injury Fund. She has worked with insurance companies, including Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company where she served as a member of its workers’ compensation litigation project team analyzing claims nationwide.
