Paul Fellman, BA, JD

Paul Fellman graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington. While attending Widener, Paul worked as a clerk at Gibson & Perkins, P.C. before accepting a judicial externship with the Honorable Henry duPont Ridgely of the Delaware Supreme Court. During his two semesters as an extern, Paul reviewed and analyzed appellate briefs, prepared bench memoranda for Justice Ridgely, and attended weekly oral arguments.

After graduation, Paul returned to Gibson & Perkins, P.C., where he now litigates commercial, personal injury, and employment matters. Paul also utilizes the lessons learned working for the Delaware Supreme Court and has taken the lead in drafting the firm's appellate briefs and key trial memoranda.

In addition to his professional activities, Paul is an active student of history and an advocate for historic preservation.

Paul is admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
