Peter K. Janczyk, is the firm's Delaware counsel. He focuses on representing clients in various areas of law including medical malpractice, products liability, automobile and slip and fall accidents, as well as contract disputes. He is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, where he is also a certified mediator.
Mr. Janczyk received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. At Widener, Mr. Janczyk was a member of The Moot Court Honor Society where he participated in numerous advocacy competitions and mock trials. While enrolled at Widener, Mr. Janczyk spent time in Krakow, Poland, studying International Trade Law and European Union Law. Born in Poland, Peter is fluent in Polish and also assists the Polish community in various legal matters. Mr. Janczyk also frequently relies on his working knowledge of the Polish language when dealing with clients.
He was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 2007 and both the Pennsylvania Bar and the New Jersey Bar in 2005. His Bar memberships include United States District Court, District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey.
Peter resides in Media, Pennsylvania with his wife, Colleen, son, Jack, and daughter, Maya. Peter is licensed to practice law in the states of PA, DE and NJ.
