ABOUT Seth A. Britten, Esq.

Seth A. Britten, Esquire is a graduate of Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Mr. Britten also completed his undergraduate studies at Drexel University, where he majored in political science and completed his degree requirements in three years.

While he attended Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Mr. Britten developed an understanding and appreciation for plaintiff’s work, which was the focus of his summer positions throughout law school. During his final year of law school, Mr. Britten spent a semester as a judicial intern for the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

After graduating from Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Mr. Britten took the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Examinations and was admitted in both states. Since that time, Mr. Britten has worked at Cooper and Schall, where he is mentored by Charles Cooper and Robert Schall and focuses his practice on personal injury cases. In 2017, when Cooper and Schall merged with Robert Levy, Esquire, to form the law firm of Cooper Schall and Levy, Seth was appointed to lead both CSL’s pre-litigation group and it’s common pleas arbitration program.

Mr. Britten has lived in Philadelphia for seven years but has not forgotten his small town roots. Raised in rural north-central Pennsylvania, the values of community and respect remain superior and are reflected in Mr. Britten’s approach to the practice of law. These values are incorporated in Mr. Britten’s practice every day as he works with his clients to fight for their rights and achieve the best possible outcome for each and every case.
