Sophia Cacos

Sophia Cacos is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Southern California region and Co Manager of the Long Beach office. Ms. Cacos has been with Testan Law since 2004. She has been a member of the California State Bar since 2002 and has been a workers’ compensation defense attorney from 2002 to the present.

Prior to starting with Testan Law, Ms. Cacos devoted her time to various organizations and provided legal assistance to the public in immigration law.

Ms. Cacos attended the University of Victoria, in Victoria, British Columbia and earned a double major in European History and French Literature. She then moved to New York City and attended the City University of New York School of Law.

Ms. Cacos has served as a Judge Pro Tem with the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board in Long Beach, CA. Most recently she received the Most Valuable Partner Award for Outside Counsel West Division from McDonald’s Corporation as well as the prestigious designation of Certified Litigation Management Professional from the CLM’s Litigation Management Institute.
