After earning her law degree from William and Mary School of Law, Tiffany spent over a decade in public service, representing state and local clients in Ohio's state and federal courts, including the Ohio courts of appeals, the Ohio Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In addition to litigation, Tiffany served as a staff attorney with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Throughout her career, Tiffany has handled a wide variety of matters, including constitutional issues rising under both the United States and Ohio Constitutions, employment and discrimination law, ethics and professionalism issues, and contract disputes. Her practice primarily has focused on civil litigation and appellate advocacy.
Prior to joining Arnold & Clifford, Tiffany was an Assistant Attorney General with the Constitutional Offices Section of the Ohio Attorney General's Office. While in the Constitutional Offices Section, Tiffany represented Ohio's elected officials, including the Governor, the Attorney General, the Secretary of State, and the Ohio Supreme Court. Additionally, Tiffany represented the Ohio Elections Commission and the Ohio Department of Health. Tiffany litigated a number of significant cases on behalf of the State, including victories in matters involving the First Amendment, the Equal Protection and Due Process Clauses, and standing and immunity claims.
