Attorney William Kozich is an associate at CBC. He graduated from Washington and Jefferson College in 2010 and Duquesne University School of Law in 2013. Attorney Kozich is a civil litigator and has experience in cases involving auto collisions, premises liability, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, breach of contract, medical malpractice, products liability, asbestos and mesothelioma, sexual assault and actions involving the Commonwealth and local agencies.
Attorney Kozich is an affordable and fair housing advocate. He has consulted for Operation Better Block out of Homewood to help indigent clients obtain and maintain homeownership, is a member of the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Task Force, and on the Neighborhood Legal Services Board of Directors. He is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association serving on the LGBT Rights Committee and a member of the Committee for Diversity and Inclusion. His prior professional experience includes, judicial clerk, criminal prosecution, and insurance defense.
