The drama of his original divorce to reality star Kim Kardashian still isn’t over, but NBA star Kris Humphries now has to struggle with another separation – his parents.

According to a new “Wetpaint Entertainment” report released on Aug. 19, Humphries’ parents are filing for divorce. The couple, which supported Humphries through his own breakup, is splitting up after separating shortly after Kardashian served Humphries with divorce papers.

The report shows that it was Humphries’ mother, Debra, who filed for divorce from her husband William. However, it isn’t clear why she decided to end the marriage.

Kanye West Served Divorce Deposition in Nordstrom Box

Hollywood, CA- Kim Kardashian’s divorce is heating up again as divorce attorneys for Kim and Kris Humphries faced off in court on Wednesday, where they revealed that Kanye West, Kim’s most recent beau, was served with deposition papers in a Nordstrom Box.

Laura Wasser, Kim’s attorney complained about the unusual tactic telling the judge, “A stranger was outside my client’s house saying he had a box for Mr. West.”

But Humphries’ attorney Mashall Waller defended the action, stating that repeated attempts to speak with West failed because his lawyers never returned numerous calls.

Waller said, “If Mr.West’s attorney ever calls us back we will be happy to talk. But as a practical matter that hasn’t happened. We’re jumping through hoops. We’ll probably have to serve him in public.”

So what does Kanye West have to do with Kim’s divorce? Well, Humphries believes that he may have had an affair with Kim prior to their wedding. However, his only evidence is Kanye’s absence at their wedding. Therefore, Humphries’ legal team needs to depose him to determine if the allegation is true.

Hollywood, CA- Kim Kardashian’s divorce is dragging on much longer that her brief 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries and after yesterday’s court appearance there seems to be no end in sight.

Humphries divorce team accused Kim’s attorney from holding up proceedings by delaying the discovery process. In court, Humphries team asked for detailed record about her reality show and depositions from Kim’s mother and current boyfriend, Kanye West in order to prove that his marriage was a fraud. If they can successfully prove fraud Humphries can be granted and annulment.

Marshall Waller, Humphries’ attorney told the judge, “I don’t want to use the word uncooperative, but they are not making the process easier.” Waller also told the judge he would need four more months to prepare for trial.

Kim’s divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser, accused Humphries of overreach and noted that the delayed proceedings have cost her client $250,000 in legal fees, which they plan to pass on to Humphries.

“To say I am frustrated is an understatement,” Wasser told the judge, “I’m at a loss to figure out what the hold-up is. They had a prenup and were married for 72 days. To what end does he want an annulment?”

Waller clarified their reasoning for seeking annulment stating he was trying to prove Kim “had no intention of proceeding with this marriage. That is was basically a contrivance for the benefit of her show and to make money.”

For Humphries, a Catholic, the divorce battle seems to be more about principle than money; he recently signed a contract with the Brooklyn Nets for $24 million.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are at it again. The NBA star has refused to set a trial date for the ex-couple’s long-awaited-for divorce until he can interview Kim’s mom, Kris Jenner, and her current boyfriend, Kanye West.

A divorce attorney for Humphries said it will be at least four months before a trial will be set and says Kardashian hasn’t really done anything to speed things along.

Wasser said her client has already incurred $250,000 in legal fees, which she plans to bill to Humphries.

The couple’s short-lived marriage began in August 2011 and ended when Kardashian filed for divorce on Oct. 31, citing irreconcilable differences.
