Kris Humphries Concedes to Kim’s Divorce Demands

Hollywood, CA- It appears as through Kris Humphries and his team of divorce attorneys are giving in and will soon sign a settlement with Kim Kardashian, ending the highly-publicized and endlessly entertaining divorce battle that has been raging since last November.

An insider said, “Kris finally realizes he can no longer ‘keep fighting city hall.’ The Kardashians are just too powerful and have too much money to fight him with.”

Humphries won’t be getting an apology or an admission that their marriage was a publicity stunt to boost the ratings for Kim’s reality show. Humphries had, early on, instructed his divorce lawyer to file for an annulment on the basis that his marriage to Kim was a fraud.

Kim pushed back against this move and in turn hired very competent attorneys to fight Kris and his allegations.

But now Kris, who is relentlessly taunted by his fellow ball players and anyone he sees, just wants the fiasco to be over. The jokes and jeers have become especially unbearable since Kim admitted publically that she is dating Rapper Kanye West.

The details of the final divorce settlement haven’t been made public. Kris has previously stated that he was interested in money, but instead wanted to prove his marriage was a sham.

Divorces get ugly whether the parties are celebrities or everyday people. All couples face the same issues including child custody division of communal property and alimony. Settling these issues takes the expertise of a divorce attorney, who through negotiations will get a final settlement that is most beneficial to their client.

“For the sake of the couple’s three children, Harden would like to request that the family’s privacy be respected at this time,” said a representative for actress in a statement. “No further comments will be made on this matter, and we thank you for your understanding.”

Harden and Scheel were married in July 1996. Oddly enough, Harden’s father and brother also share the name Thaddaeus. Hmm, coincidence or planned publicity stunt? Guess we will never know.
