Personal injury is one of the most maligned areas of the law, but, if you have ever been injured because of someone elseÍs negligence, you quickly come to realize why personal injury is such an important area of the law; personal injuries are expensive and defendants and insurance companies often try to cut corners and rush injured parties into settlements. An Albuquerque native, attorney Brian Branch has been supplying quality, affordable legal services for the people of New Mexico since 1987. Brian has focused his practice on personal injury and related areas of the law including legal malpractice, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith.

Brian is a graduate of Coe College and the University of New Mexico School of Law. He was admitted to the New Mexico Bar in 1987, and then to the U.S. District Court, District of New Mexico, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th and 10th Circuits, as well as the Colorado Bar. He is known for some of the large verdicts he has helped his clients secure, including a recent multi-million dollar verdict. Because settlement is often faster and less expensive for clients, like any personal injury attorney, Brian will first attempt to secure a favorable settlement for his clients. However, his years of successful trial work send a message to his clients and to defendants that Brian is not afraid of going to trial in order to protect his clients.

A respected professional who is has an AV Preeminent Peer Review by Martindale-Hubbell, Brian is a member of the Albuquerque and Bernalillo County Bar Associations, and sat on the Board of Directors from 1988-1990; a Fellow in the New Mexico Bar Foundation; and a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, where he chaired the Omniflox Litigation Support Group.
