I am a successful trial attorney with high standards for ethical conduct in the pursuit of justice. I am proud of my tradition of excellence. Since 1996, I have sought truth and accountability for my clients — ordinary folks and extraordinary folks thrust into the choppy waters of the American justice system.
Throughout my career, I have worked on some of the most important cases of their time. I am extremely proud of the results I get for my clients. As a young lawyer, I argued twice in the Supreme Court in the landmark case of Bremerton v. Widell. I successfully protected the rights of low-income residents living in government housing.
As the lawyer for George Clinton, the legendary and iconic singer/songwriter of Parliament Funkadelic, I was privileged to work on the most important copyright case of modern American jurisprudence. As a civil lawyer, I obtain settlements and verdicts that very few lawyers are capable of doing.
