Jeff Roberts has been practicing law since 1992. In law school, Jeff took courses to help him be a trial attorney and to help injured victims. In practice, Jeff has concentrated his practice to helping those who have been injured. During this time, Jeff has represented numerous individuals and families of people that have been seriously injured or killed as a result of a tractor trailer collision.
Jeff has earned a state-wide reputation as a personal injury attorney. In 1999, Jeff was elected to the Board of Governors of what is currently known as the Kentucky Justice Association. Jeff has been unanimously elected as the 1st District Vice President of that organization for the past several years. The Kentucky Justice Association is an association of attorneys throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky dedicated to representing people who have been injured or disabled as a result of the negligence of another person or corporation.
In addition, Jeff is a founding member of the Kentucky WorkersÍ Association. Jeff was unanimously elected as President of the Kentucky WorkersÍ Association from 2011 through 2015, when he decided to no longer seek the presidentÍs position. The Kentucky WorkersÍ Association is a group of attorneys dedicated to assisting individuals who have been injured on-the-job in pursuing workersÍ compensation claims and working to try to better the benefits for the injured workers in Kentucky.
JeffÍs reputation as a trail attorney has gained him a reputation that extends far outside of Western Kentucky. Jeff receives calls from attorneys from all over the state of Kentucky and even from attorneys outside of Kentucky asking him to represent their family, friends, and clients.
Jeff frequently speaks at Continuing Legal Education Seminars training other attorneys in Kentucky how to properly pursue personal injury and workersÍ compensation claims Jeff has spoken at seminars not only in Kentucky, but in Tennessee and Florida as well. Jeff has spoken at seminars put on by the Kentucky Bar association, Kentucky Justice Association, CompEd Inc. and the Tennessee Association for Justice.
In addition to his private practice, Jeff has been a part time prosecutor for more than 12 years. During this time, Jeff has had more jury trails and bench hearings than a lot of attorneys experience in a life time. This has allowed Jeff to hone his craft so that he can be more effective in the courtroom for his clients.
Jeff has a passion for helping people. He strives to help his clients with their individualized needs. Jeff takes pride in the fact the majority of his cases now come from referrals from past clients and referrals from other attorneys.
