About

PERSONAL INJURY
You will receive a timely, fair, and honest evaluation of your personal injury case. While you are recovering from your personal injury, I am able to focus on the legal aspect of your case. I am ready, willing, and able to take on a difficult personal injury case. I ensure that the injured person asserts and recovers all areas of damage to which they are entitled (e.g., past and future medical expenses, wage loss, pain, suffering, and disability) but also assess the impact of the accident on their relationships. If appropriate, I will assert loss of society, companionship and services claims on behalf of spouses and children. Many of my days are spent working with insurance companies, medical providers, and corporations and I am prepared to fight for you.

WORKER'S COMPENSATION
I am an experienced attorney in worker's compensation law. It is important that you know your rights to make sure that you receive the maximum amount of benefits under your claim. There is a strong trend for worker's compensation carriers to deny or delay payment on claims. Many employers will simply find a way to get rid of an employee after they sustain a work-related injury. I am a strong advocate for my worker's compensation clients utilizing a team approach to maximize the value of their claims and bring their matters to a timely resolution. I ensure that all unpaid medical bills and related liens are paid by the worker's compensation insurance carriers/employers as part of any resolution. I assist my clients in obtaining other needed services resulting from their worker's compensation claims, like health insurance, wage loss assistance, and vocational retraining. In Wisconsin, a worker does not have to prove that an injury was caused by the employer. Negligence is not an issue. If your injury is work-related, you are entitled to workers compensation benefits.
