Rory Foutz is a fifth generation San Juan County native from Bloomfield, NM who attended high school at New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell. Rory received his BachelorÍs Degree in German in 2005 from the University of Utah and graduated cum laude from the Texas Tech School of Law in 2011. After taking the New Mexico Bar Exam in July 2011 and passing in the top 4%, he began his legal career handling DWI and Domestic Violence cases as an Assistant District Attorney. In 2014 he entered private practice joining the Jolley Law Firm . Whether it be defending against criminal accusations or representing clients in a contract or other civil dispute, Rory has a track record for hard work and aggressive, successful results. Rory is a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association and the New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Even though most DWI charges are only misdemeanors, they have serious and far reaching effects.
