Our team is led by two partners who bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and skill to their practice. Carl Lustig, our senior trial attorney, and Mitchell Sassower, our managing partner, each offer more than 30 years of experience to personal injury litigation. Our partners are joined by associate attorneys and staff members, each of whom brings skill, energy and commitment to serving our clients.
Carl Lustig has earned numerous honors over his career that reflect his dedication and drive. Most recently, he was named as one of the top 100 Trial Lawyers in New York State by the National Trial Lawyers Association. Carl is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Both Mitchell and Carl have been named to New York Super Lawyers and have earned Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating (AV*).
