Don Krause is a lawyer with 36 years of experience who is a practitioner who specializes in civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial and banking matters. He has practiced in San Antonio and South Texas for over thirty years, representing the interests of both Plaintiffs and Defendants. Mr. Krause is a past chairperson of the Consumer Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and has served as an adjunct professor at St. Mary’s University School of Law.
Snell & Snell, L.P. is comprised of the father-and-son team, Barry Snell and David C. “Clay” Snell, who have distinguished themselves in the Central and South Texas legal community.
Barry Snell, with forty years’ experience as a trial lawyer, is board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is recognized in “The Best Lawyers in America” since 2009, and as a “Super Lawyer” by Texas Monthly Magazine, a distinction given only to ten percent of lawyers in Texas. In 2010, Mr. Snell was one of only ten San Antonio attorneys who were among the “Top 50” vote getters in Texas Monthly’s peer review process.
Clay Snell is a lawyer with eleven years experience. He was recognized as a Rising Star by Texas Monthly, a distinction given to the top lawyers in Texas under the age of forty.
William Germany, a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of law, recently joined the firm as an associate attorney.
