We assist in the facilitation of the credit cycle: the negotiation, documentation and implementation of commercial risk management tools; the collection of problem accounts and resolution of commercial disputes through negotiation and litigation; and the representation of creditors regarding bankruptcy or insolvency issues. In each of these practice areas we provide representation on a worldwide basis. We negotiate creative and innovative business solutions to commercial problems whenever possible and aggressively litigate when negotiation proves ineffective.
Our predominant client profile consists of large institutional and technology-driven companies with multinational sales operations that require sophisticated legal representation in international commercial, bankruptcy, and asset recovery matters. For many of these clients, we often act as a single worldwide coordinating outsource in these practice areas, providing direct representation in many instances and retaining local counsel when necessary or appropriate.
