History and Management: The firm has been providing legal services for nearly a century and is recognized in the State for its stability and steady growth. The firm is administered by a four person Management Committee working with a professional office administrator.

Delivery of Services: Practice groups in the Firm include Commercial Litigation, Transaction Law, and Insurance Defense Litigation including all aspects of liability and property insurance as well as workers' compensation. Each practice group is responsible for the assignment of work and the timely and efficient delivery of services.

Client Base: Clients of the Firm include corporate leaders in the fields of insurance, mortgage lending, banking, health care and utilities. While a substantial portion of the Firm's client base is made up of larger corporations, the Firm represents a significant number of small businesses and individuals.
