We are a full-service law firm committed to excellence. Clawson & Staubes has been providing clients with quality legal services for more than 40 years by offering innovative solutions to any of your legal problems.
We trace our roots to 1975, when we began as a general civil practice. In 1980, our firm expanded into new practice areas and, in 1997, Clawson and Staubes became a multi-state law firm when we established a Charlotte, North Carolina office. We now serve clients throughout South Carolina and North Carolina in a wide variety of practice areas, including civil litigation, commercial law, bankruptcy, corporate law, municipal law, probate, estate planning, real estate, and alternative dispute resolution.
In 2004, Clawson and Staubes's Charleston office moved from downtown into a new, state-of-the-art building in the booming community of Daniel Island, off Interstate 526 and convenient to the entire Charleston Lowcountry metro area.
Although the firm continues to grow and now includes more than 35 attorneys and 65 support staff, everyone at Clawson and Staubes remains grounded by the philosophy of our two founding partners, Robert G. Clawson, Jr. and Chris B. Staubes, Jr. Their belief was to provide quality legal services with a positive attitude and to find the best solution for each client by carefully analyzing all options and working together with the client towards positive outcomes.
We believe we're successful because we deliver what our clients demand and deserve-high quality legal services delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Our approach is reflected in our client relationships. We are not simply attorneys-we are problem-solvers, and we remain committed to improving our processes and expanding our services to meet the legal demands of the communities we serve.
