Console Mattiacci Law, LLC is an employment rights law firm with offices in Philadelphia and New Jersey. Since its inception in 1990, the firm has represented individuals in non-union legal matters involving their employers and former employers. These matters include representing employees who have been the victims of illegal employment discrimination, including harassment at work, as well as representing employees in contract matters, including disputes involving compensation, non-complete agreements and stock options agreements.

Console Mattiacci Law provides legal counseling to many current employees, as well as to employees who are in the process of leaving their current position. Additionally, when appropriate, Console Mattiacci Law handles all aspects of the charge-filing process with state and federal agencies charged with enforcing employee rights, as well as handling all aspects state and federal court litigation.
