Nationwide Practice Devoted Exclusively to U.S. Immigration, Citizenship, and Removal/Deportation Matters
Curley Immigration Law, P.C., L.L.O. handles immigration-related matters for individuals and employers nationwide.
Located in Omaha, Nebraska, Curley Immigration Law was established by Mark J. Curley in 1999 and is focused exclusively on immigration and naturalization matters.
Mr. Curley graduated from Creighton University (B.A., 1990, cum laude; J.D., 1993). Following his graduation, Mr. Curley became an associate attorney of the Brown & Brown, P.C. law firm, where he practiced as a litigator and began representing immigration clients before the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). He remained with Brown & Brown, P.C. for 5 years until he established Curley Immigration Law. He is licensed to practice in both Nebraska and South Dakota, and can handle immigration matters nationwide. Mr. Curley is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Nebraska State Bar Association, and the Omaha Bar Association.
In 2008, Pamela S. Bloch joined Curley Immigration Law as an Associate Attorney. She now devotes her practice to handling Immigration Court removal and asylum cases. Ms. Bloch is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Nebraska State Bar Association.
Since its founding, Curley Immigration Law has concentrated on assisting both employers and employees in successfully applying for the correct visa status to work in the United States. We handle H-1B professional, H-2A agricultural, H-2B seasonal, L-1 intra-company transfer, J exchange visitor and permanent (green card) visa applications.
Curley Immigration Law also has a proud history of successfully obtaining immigration benefits for family members of U.S. citizens. We correctly prepare all of the necessary documentation, and we also accompany our clients to their personal interviews with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Beginning in 2003, Curley Immigration Law began assisting clients in Immigration Court due to the overwhelming number of immigrants who are in removal proceedings. Due to the shortage of competent immigration attorneys in the area who handle removal cases, we decided that it was our ethical duty to help where we could. Now that Omaha has its own Immigration Court, which has jurisdiction over Nebraska and Iowa cases, we are better able to assist our clients.
Curley Immigration Law represents clients throughout the United States.
Curley Immigration Law has served a wide variety of clients, ranging from individuals to small and mid-sized companies and universities. We represent both employers and employees, and our clients have come from a wide range of industries including healthcare, education, engineering, IT, insurance, pharmaceutical, banking, travel, construction and municipal utilities.
