I have advanced training in collaborative law, a process that encourages parties to resolve disputes cooperatively without the intervention of the courts and with the assistance of knowledgeable counsel. The collaborative law process can be used in divorce, child custody disputes, visitation disputes and other family law matters to help parties avoid the financial and emotional costs of protracted litigation. Using the collaborative process, my goal is to help my clients restore peace to their lives and preserve family relationships. For clients who do not wish to utilize the collaborative law process, I have considerable experience in the traditional contested process for divorce and other family law matters.
