BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEES - We have extensive experience representing trustees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in a myriad of legal and business issues arising in corporate and personal bankruptcies, including consensual and contested asset sales, sales free and clear, assumption and assignment of leases and contracts, litigation of fraudulent conveyances and preferential transfers, exemption litigation, feasibility disputes, eligibility disputes, and Chapter 11 plans, in cases ranging from companies and individuals with valuable real estate holdings, franchised restaurants, individually-owned restaurants, biotech companies, high tech companies, and medical and dental practices.

ASSET PURCHASERS IN BANKRUPTCY - We represent acquirers of assets in bankruptcy cases and are experienced in the key issues that arise, including break-up fees, credit bidding, assumption and assignment of key executory contracts, 363(m) declarations, bidding strategy, and sales free and clear of liens.
