Fletcher Van Gilder is a law firm located in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana, that serves individuals, municipalities and businesses throughout northeast Indiana. We represent more than 250 years of experience, and most of our attorneys have spent more than 20 years working in the practice of law. Our experience and knowledge allow us to offer legal services in many fields, including appeals; business formation and transactions; civil rights; commercial litigation; contract drafting and enforcement; estate planning and probate; family, divorce and domestic relations law; labor and employment; personal injury; powers of attorneys; professional negligence defense; real estate transactions; Social Security disability; and workers’ compensation claims. We also provide family and civil mediation services. As a part of the firm’s culture, attorneys are active in bar association activities, often speak at legal education and other educational functions, and donate considerable hours of pro bono service.

FIRM HISTORY
Fletcher Van Gilder LLP was created July 15, 2019, as the result of a merger by two well-regarded Fort Wayne law firms: Eilbacher Fletcher, LLP and Van Gilder & Trzynka, P.C. Some of the original members of these two law firms are Leonard Eilbacher, Martin Fletcher, David Avery and Thomas Boyer. Avery and Boyer are both current members of the Allen County Judiciary. The merger assembled a distinguished team of experienced attorneys who share a commitment to excellence.
