Gale Allison has four decades of experience as an estate and estate-related tax lawyer and estate and trust litigator. She is also a mediator, nationally certified to handle litigated cases, elder care and family and divorce disputes.
Ms. Allison founded The Allison Firm, PLLC, in 1996 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In 2017, she merged her firm with Schaffer Herring PLLC, becoming a Director and Attorney. She also added mediation services in 2017 and mediates estate, divorce, elder and business disputes exclusively through Dispute Resolution Consultants (DRC) of Oklahoma.
Her law practice is limited to matters of estates, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, guardianship, estate and business succession planning, charitable planning, trust and estate administration, estate-related tax matters, and litigating or settling disputes of those practice areas. She has successfully represented Trustees and Personal Representatives against Beneficiary claims and likewise Beneficiaries in their claims against Trustees and Personal Representatives. As an advocate for mediated trust and tax solutions in high stakes divorces and pre-trial settlement of business disputes, Ms. Allison also focuses on mediation specialties in wills and trust disputes and family elder care disagreements. She also handles cases of divorce mediation, business mediation, and real estate mediation related to her specialties.
