Eminent Domain: At Hendrick Bryant, we are the Inverse Condemnation Attorneys who challenged the North Carolina Department of Transportation's use of the Map Act and won in the N.C. Court of Appeals and North Carolina Supreme Court. See Kirby v. NC Dept. of Trans. The Supreme Court and Court of Appeals ruled that the NCDOT committed a taking against property owners by using the Map Act when designating corridors.
