At Henriksen & Henriksen, our philosophy is to objectively evaluate each case to determine how to proceed in order to obtain the best results for the client. At times, we hire investigators, private detectives, engineers, experts, economists, accountants, doctors and other experts. We build the case from the ground up. The evidence determines whether the case is strong or weak. We look for the key evidence that makes a good case great or a marginal case better. We investigate in detail so that an accurate and full evaluation can be made. If we cannot gather enough evidence to make your case one that should be pursued, we help you explore other avenues of resolution.
