The legal services provided include, but are not limited to, commercial, construction and consumer real estate transactions and settlements, loan workouts and restructures, as well as foreclosures. Additionally, HB handles all aspects of related bankruptcy and state court litigation, including title litigation.

The partners at HB have over 50 years combined legal experience in real estate, banking and creditors’ rights matters. Title services are also available and are provided through the firm’s title company, Community Settlement Group (“CSG”). HB offers its legal services throughout the State of Maryland. CSG principally offers its title services in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia.
