Since Ms. Comerford began the private practice of law in 1985, she has made it her mission to make every effort to approach her clients' needs with kindness and compassion. While Barbara Comerford began her legal practice in 1985 representing personal injury plaintiffs, as well as disability clients, in the late 1990's, she made a decision to concentrate her practice on assisting disabled clients. Since that time, she has referred all personal injury cases to law firms with vast experience in personal injury matters. However, Ms. Comerford encourages those clients to continue to reach out to her if they have any other legal questions or concerns.
Our firm remains committed to zealously representing clients with disability claims against the Social Security Administration, long term disability insurance companies (ERISA and individual disability income policies) as well as state disability pensions.
