Mr. Mills attended the Pepperdine University School of Law where he graduated in 1990 in the top 1/3 of his class. At Pepperdine Mr. Mills served on the Pepperdine University Law Review and worked as a research and writing teaching assistant.

Mr. Mills passed the California Bar Examination on his first attempt and has been practicing as an attorney in California since January, 1991. He spent the first years of his career in general civil litigation and worker's compensation law. The litigation and trial experience that Mr. Mills gained during this time is invaluable to the trust and probate litigated matters that he handles today.

Mr. Mills married an Orange County native and moved to Orange County in 1996. Since that time he has practiced exclusively in the estate planning, trust, probate, elder and Medical areas of law.

Mr. Mills attended Golden Gate University in Irvine, California, and studied Estate and Trust taxation. In August, 2000, Mr. Mills completed Golden Gate's program and earned a Graduate Certificate in Estate Planning.

Mr. Mills has represented numerous clients with great success in all areas of estate planning, trust, probate, elder and Medical law and litigation. At issue in these cases have been sums from several hundred thousand to several million dollars.

Mr. Mills was born in Burlington, Vermont. He lived in New England until he moved to California in 1987 to attend the Pepperdine University School of Law. Mr. Mills currently resides in Orange County with his wife, Patty, and two daughters, April and Emily.
