Gay Carroll-Haring utilizes the latest in technology to streamline her practice, making her more productive and efficient in serving and communicating with her clients. An avid Apple fan, she runs her practice on Apple products. Prior to her law career, because of her love of art, Gay served as the Public Affairs Director for the California Arts Council, a position to which she was appointed by Governor Pete Wilson. As part of that position, she was responsible for the Arts Council's first-ever website, and in making the Arts Council the first agency in the State of California to use PDFs in distributing materials to consumers—saving thousands of trees and opening the door for other state agencies to do the same!
Because of her love of the written word, Gay also served as Editor for HealthSpan Communications, a publishing company in Sacramento, California. In addition, Gay has extensive experience as a legal assistant in both litigation and transactional law.
