Liss, Seder & Andrews, P.C.'s practice is limited to litigation. We have extensive experience in conducting jury trials in both State and Federal Courts. We have further specialty in protecting the contractual rights of catastrophically injured individuals and their families under Michigan's No Fault Automobile Insurance Act. We have structured our firm to meet the high expectations of our clients and offer services that can only be found in a small, highly specialized law firm. Our mission is to protect the rights of our clients with emphasis on avoiding litigation if possible through alternative means but at the same time being able to aggressively litigate through trial.
