As tax lawyers, we work closely with each other and with investment advisers, financial planners, accountants, life insurance agents, and bank representatives in developing comprehensive and sophisticated estate plans for our clients. Our goal is to structure each client's estate plan in a manner that will be consistent with his or her intentions while reducing adverse Federal and State tax consequences.
The firm also advises and assists health care clients in group or solo practices, as well as developing critical new business and organizational relationships. We evaluate, develop and structure health care joint ventures, imaging centers and ambulatory surgery centers. The strength of the firm's health care practice is reflected in our successful representation of a number of hospital-affiliated and independent health care providers, physicians and major surgery centers in Delaware.
