Mike Matteuzzi and Matt Brooker have decades of experience representing clients in state and federal Courts throughout the Midwest. Trucking Industry Defense
We are routinely retained by national insurance carriers and self-insured companies to represent truck drivers and trucking companies in the defense of claims and lawsuits related to trucking accidents. We are often engaged immediately after an accident to put boots on the ground to investigate the facts surrounding the accident and to secure relevant evidence and documentation. A working technical and practical knowledge of issues unique to these specialized claims and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations are critical to successfully defending and evaluating these claims.

We continuously work with consulting experts in the fields of accident reconstruction, human factors, biomechanics and industry standards of care on a nationwide basis.
